The RACO Industries Support Portal is a user friendly site that provides you with valuable mobile hardware and application information as well as priority access to the RACO Industries Technical Support Team. The RACO Industries Support Portal adds another level of customer support for our mobility customers by providing real-time access to the status of your trouble ticket. You are notified via email anytime one of our Technical Representatives updates your case or you can simply log in to monitor the status of your ticket.

Access to the RACO Industries Support Portal is by invitation only. RACO Customers who have purchased support contracts can log in and access our technical support team. Of course if you prefer to request technical assistance via phone or email, just use the contact information listed in Contact Us.
